Happy New Year! We hope yours has kicked off very well, indeed. Here's our round-up of who's been saying what, this past week. Click through to any that you would like to read in full...!
Our first review actually appeared over a week ago (we're late in posting it - sorry!), when Erika at Eclectic Enchantments had a sniff of our 'Marshmallow' Cologne, saying "The Library Of Fragrance scent Marshmallow is divine. It smells like there are ones that are gently toasted, golden brown on the outside and below the surface the wondrous melting goo. It is a gentle aroma that in no way is overpowering, but has a beautiful sweetness to it. Once sprayed it lasts for hours without losing it’s potency..." Erica also enlightens us about the fact that Marshmallows were originally created to help soothe sore throats - you learn something every day in this job!
We were also sent this lovely write up from Charli and the Charli B blog, who wrote about us in late November. Charli tried layering our 'Peony', 'Jasmine' and 'Neroli' Colognes - with great success, we gather!
On Monday, the Cow Biscuits (GREAT name!) blog writes about our 'Moonbeam' Cologne, and gets swept away in the poetry of the scent, describing the scene that is conjured when sniffed by saying, "Let's set the mood, imagine looking out at a huge lake on a clear, warm Summer night in a wooded area, there is a full moon hanging low in the sky that almost seems to meet the water creating a shimmering path. This beautiful sight is very magical and delicate much like the fragrance so I can totally see how this got it's name."
On Tuesday, we were delighted to spot ourselves (or rather, our 'Sex on the Beach' Cologne) on Sian Marie's round-up of the beauty products that she most loved in 2014... praise indeed, over at the Sian Marie Beauty Blog!
Skip on to Thursday, and Gaby at the Etc Gabrielle blog shares her thoughts about our 'Cherry Blossom' Cologne, and points our that the square design of our bottles is very handy when you build up a collection and want to display them neatly (you should see our office shelves!). We've been wearing quite a bit of Cherry Blossom, this week, as we hanker after the spring.
Today, we were so pleased to hear that we have yet another fan of our 'Gin & Tonic' fragrance, in the form of the lovely Louise at the Lou Loves Beauty blog. In fact, Louise tells us that she was "blown away and instantly fell in love... this is MY kinda scent!..."
Check back next week for more news about our reviews!
