It's been another busy week as countless more reviews of The Library of Fragrance have flooded in - and they have all been good, we might [modestly?] add! Here's our weekly round up of the word on the web. Click through to any that you would like to read in full...!
The week kicked off with, Samantha, at the I Scent You a Day blog. Samantha's had lots of lovely things to say about us over the past few weeks, but we'd like to emphasise that we don't pay anyone to write nice things about us. We're delighted that Sam is so enthralled with our Colognes, and in Monday's post she examines our 'Jasmine' Cologne, writing, "It smells like clean, freshly unfurled petals with a hint of characteristic pure jasmine soapiness. Even better news: on me it lasted over eight hours and I kept getting delightful little wafts well into my evening, having applied it late morning."
Also on Monday, the lovely Ramblings of a Beauty Bird blog tries out our 'Lychee' Cologne and reckons that it's, "a scent that delicately captures the sweet and fruity nature of this exotic red fruit." and the Beauty's Bad Habit blog describes our 'Whiskey Tobacco' Cologne as "what rebels with old souls smell like" - lovely.
Meanwhile, over at the Blush London blog, Jamila includes us in her Sunday Selection post having tried our 'Sunshine', 'Jasmine' and Orange Blossom Colognes and the Berry's Beauty Blog hints at a raging 'obsession' with our 'Amber'.
On Wednesday, Samantha at I Scent You a Day writes about us AGAIN, talking about how our beloved 'Gingerbread' Cologne takes her back to those good old days when there was a perfume bar in the Body Shop (anyone else remember that? - We loved it too!). She also talks about how 'Gingerbread' actually made her want to eat her own arm. which made us think that if there was a competition for the best endorsement of a product, that would likely win it.
