Sweet, surreal and subtle. Our Marshmallow fragrance captures the essence of this fluffy treat in an enigmatic, comforting and slightly toasted scent.

The plump, cloud-like marshmallow sweets that we enjoy today date back to ancient Egypt, where the delicacy was a honey-based candy, flavoured and thickened with the sap of the root of the marsh-mallow plant (althea officinalis), which grows in salt marshes and on banks near large bodies of water. Gelatin eventually replaced the sap in modern recipes, and the familiar flavour and scent of the marshmallow is now delivered with vanilla and sugar.

Did you know that The Library of Fragrance colognes can be layered to create scents that are unique to you? Mix and match any two, or more, to create combinations for every mood and occasion. Here are some suggestions to try with Marshmallow:

Confused about the difference between cologne and perfume, parfum, eau de parfum, eau de toilette and/or aftershave? These different names simply refer to the concentration of fragrance oil within the bottle. All our fragrances are colognes, which means that they contain between 2-8% of fragrance oil. All of our products are unisex; we don't believe that fragrance has a gender.
