The Library of Fragrance - this week's reviews, 3 July, 2015

PHOTO CREDIT: With thanks to Georgina at The Make Up Pixie blog, for this gorgeous shot of our Cherry Blossom & Marshmallow Colognes.

Here's our round-up of who's been saying what, on the web, this past week. Click through to any that you would like to read in full...!

The week started out when we read this glowing review of our Jasmine Cologne on The Mile Long Book Shelf blog (yes, Amber is also a fan of our Paperback Cologne!). Our Jasmine is loud, proud and beautiful - definitely one for those who like to make an impact with their fragrance! And happily, Amber agrees, saying, "I could go on about this one for ages; it smells exactly like the Jasmine flowers we used to have in my garden when I was little, and unlike most fragrances there is no hint of chemicals lingering in the air when this is sprayed. It's the most beautiful scent ever..."

Next up, one of our winners of the recent giveaway for our Early Summer Blooms trio writes about what she thinks of them each, at The Little Blog of Beauty. This trio are all individually lovely and ideal for the summer months - and layered together as a trio, they are just divine. Author, Becky, didn't particularly get on with our Iris (it can be a little polarising in its appeal - some people love it because it reminds them of old fashioned lipstick and dressing tables of bygone eras... and some people think it smells carroty, which is a trait of Orris, which is the material taken from the Iris plant...).

Georgina, at the Make Up Pixie blog, was one the bloggers that helped us before we launched, sending in opinions and thoughts about which fragrances we should include in our launch line up. So we were especially happy to see that she's enjoying two of her choices, Cherry Blossom & Marshmallow. The verdict? "I think these would make a lovely collection, especially if you collect a range, so a few of the floral ones, or a few of the theme outdoors ones (i.e ocean, mountain air and salt air) and then layer them up for something really different.  I love the bottles too, they're really neat and angular which makes them really neat to organise.  All in all I've been really impressed with these and will definitely be expanding my collection...!"

Finally, we stumbled across a few blogs that were published a few months back, which missed our attention first time around. Click on the links to read what the Golden Glowww blog (author, Lisa, states that he 'main aim in life is to smell like candy floss... we approve!) thought of our Pina Colada and Vanilla Cake Batter Colognes, or find out which of our fragrances inspired this reaction from the Amanda Wales blog, "OMG it smells amazing! It smells like fig but better!".

Have a great week and check back next week for more news about our reviews.
