The Library of Fragrance - this week's reviews, 1 May 2015

PHOTO CREDIT: With thanks to Naomi at the Pennies for a Pound blog, for this lovely shot of our Baby Powder & Thunderstorm samples!

Here's our round-up of who's been saying what, this past week. Click through to any that you would like to read in full...!

Now then, there's been much hype about our awards-nominated Baby Powder and Thunderstorm Colognes, these past few weeks, ahead of May's Fragrance Foundation awards. But, if you're still wondering what these might smell like (though the clues are in the names!), you might like to check out the reviews on the Pennies for a Pound, Coven of Bitches, The Crown Wings, Manchester Flick Chick and Of Beauty & Nothingness blogs. We also really loved the Mrs Jonas Recommends blog's recent review of our best-selling (and her favourite!) Baby Powder Cologne, "My favourite has to be Baby Powder!  It totally reminds me of the clean, cute and innocent smell of a baby (with exception to when a babies nappy needs changing)..."

Elsewhere on the www, Jessica at the JYUKIMI blog catches a whiff of our Sunshine and Red Poppies Colognes (by the way, don't expect our Red Poppies to smell like Kenzo's famous Red Poppies perfume - rather than replicate the scent of other perfumes, we replicate the scent of the living blooms - in this case, a field of wild flowers, featuring these vibrant blooms!).

Skip over to the I Scent You a Day blog if you're pondering about which cologne to buy in readiness for the hot, steamy, summer weather we're predicted to get, this year! Our Rain Cologne is featured as one of Sam's top recommendations and we can't argue that it's the most perfect, cooling, refreshing scent, which has an effect that can be likened to a tropical downpour, clearing the humid air.

Finally, girl after our own hearts, Hayley, loves gin. And on her blog, Tea Party Beauty, she very kindly rounds our Gin & Tonic up in a post about her top picks of summer scents for the forthcoming season.

Have a great week and check back next week for more news about our reviews!
